Purrdex privacy policy

23 October 2026

Purrdex is made by Reify AB. It does not collect any data about you.

What stays on your phone

The cats you add, their photos, notes, stats and the places you met them are stored only on your phone. Reify AB never receives them. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

Location

If you allow it, Purrdex reads your location while you add a sighting, so it can save where you met the cat. To show a place name, the location is sent to Apple’s map service. Reify AB does not receive it.

Camera and photos

Purrdex uses the camera only when you take a photo of a cat. It saves an image to your photo library only when you ask it to.

Export and sharing

When you export your collection or share a card, Purrdex makes a file and gives it to the place you choose. Nothing is sent anywhere else.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
